DearTeam,I am doing double screening. I finished my work, but my other reviewer is still working on it. As I was struggling to see  my work, I pressed the button complete on review statistics. Now my reviewer can`t assess the papers. I am not sure why it happened and can it be reversed so that my reviewer can continue the screening and we can go ahead and compare our work.

Dear Pushpa,

You can use the "Set coding to incomplete" option, available in the right-hand side pane of the screen, under the Review statistics tab.

Once that has been done, you can then go through and check for disagreements and reconcile your choices again. (The information you and your colleague have entered (when screening or coding) should have been retained.)

NOTE: If your colleague has screened or coded any items since everything was set to completed, then they will be able to see your coding; in addition, any further coding they do will show as a "joint" or "single" decision, together with your existing coding. (If items are marked as completed where there was previously a disagreement, the person marking the items as  completed will find their screening decisions or coding take precedence.)

Dear Zak, I pressed the button "set the coding incomplete". But then I checked the collaborate section. All the allocation is gone. Now . how do I get my allocation back so that we can continue.

Dear Pushpa,

I have emailed you directly regarding this issue (via our support email address EPPISupport@UCL.ac.uk). I have checked your review and all seems OK from our end, with values in the Collaborate tab. It would be good to get confirmation of what exactly the issue is at your end, and whether the issue is still present.

Hopefully we can get any remaining problems resolved!
