From yesterday I was trying to extend my eppi reviewer account for 4 month, always failed at the last step as the transcation was declined by card issuer,  I contacted with the bank and they said there was no problem with my UBS credit card...any advises?

Dear LongFeng,

Unfortunately, our payment gateway provider has been having a few issues whereby a valid transaction is occasionally rejected. They are working to resolve this as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

As per my email, I have now updated your account and will shortly contact you again regarding payment.
