Dear EPPI team,

we are doing a SR and have uploaded the studies identified as relevant, expect for few big studies. They cannot be uploaded. Our code for data extraction contains questions where we would like to have the original text , i.e. highlighting the text and assigning it to the respective question/code. How can we best code the studies that are not uploaded in the EPPI tool and get the original text? I guess that this issues occurred in other reviews, thus we would much appreciate your advice on how to handle the data extraction of large studies. Thanks for your time and effort.

Dear Marie,

Is there any way you can split the large studies (into multiple PDFs, or copy and pasted in to Word documents?), and then upload them? (You can then label the parts so they are marked as "linked" items or records.)

Otherwise, would it be possible for you to email us a sample of one of the reviews that you could not upload, so we can take a look and see if we can find a solution to the issue? (Our EPPI Reviewer support email address is EPPISupport@ucl.ac.uk.)

Kind regards,

Zak Ghouze
