Hi,

For the past few weeks I have been having trouble running meta-analysis. It seems to be 'pot luck' whether it works or not!

Today, I have been given an error message 9 times (even when deleting the meta-analyses and starting new ones)

The error message is an 'Alert' starting with: "DataPortal.Update failed (DeployR.HTTPRestExeception)"

Please advise!

Hi Sally,

I'll check the review and the analyses you are using, and get back to you. (I'm assuming you are referring to review 11684 / MRes).

Hopefully we should be able to find out what's causing the issues.

Would it be possible for you to email us a screenshot of the options you have chosen before you run your meta-analysis? That will help us check what is causing the issue.
