We wanted to have a training set of 25 abstracts for all our five screeners to complete and then for each screener to be alloted ~400 for double-coding with one other screener (our review has ~12,000 titles/abstracts to screen). So, about 10% for double review overall. 

I've started the process out in comparison data entry and have made all the double-screening assignments, but then also assigned the remaining abstracts to a few people to individualy screen. My question is, once all the double screening has been completed and I go in and reconile all the double-screener differences, choosing the correct one and marking as completed, can I then change to "Normal" data entry without affecting the remaining cases that are all to only be singly screened? Will these single screener cases then be marked as complete once the screener has screened (as long as it is in normal data entry mode)?
