Permanently Deleting Sources

Hi!

I am wondering if it is possible to permanently delete sources from a review. For instance, I accidently uploaded two txt. files "Palliative Care & Prisons" and "Pall and Prisons" to our review while I was fiddling around with the account at the beginning. I have deleted the files from the two sources, but they still appear under the "sources" tab.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello Madeleine,

Permanently deleting a source is a two-step process. You had done the first step by deleting it in the 'Sources' tab. The second step is to click on the 'Manage sources / Add New' button in the 'Sources' tab. this will take you to the 'Add / Manager sources' window.

When you are in this window you should make sure you are in the 'Manage sources' tab and then select the source you want to delete from the list on the right side of the screen. you should then click the button with the big red X on it to permanently delete the source.
