Agreements not completing

My colleague and I have just completed coding nearly 4000 abstracts. We have reconciled the disagreements and marked them as complete. I have also clicked on "Complete" in the comparison statistics window for the agreements. However, these are not showing up as complete in the documents window. Now I am having to go through each one and mark it as complete. Did I do something wrong?

Hi,

Please can you confirm which review you are having issues with? I have sent you a direct email from our support account regarding this matter.

Looking at one of your reviews, it would seem there must have been changes in the coding since you created the comparison between your and your associate's screenings. (Note that these are "live" snapshots, comparing the coding as it is at the time the comparison is done.)

As the coding had changed, the option to complete agreements based on this snapshot has been greyed out.

I created a new comparison, and this does allow you to complete agreements.
