i've created an 'all screened' code with a view to listing the items without that code in order to check which references haven't received a screening code. But when i click 'list all without this code', i can't see them (the number of items shown at the top appears to be correct, at least some of the time). This function seems to work fine with the other codes. (i'm not sure if this is related to the issues we were having before with finalizing these codes - that is, whether the issue is with the references i'm trying to access, rather than the way i'm trying to access them?)

the issue was due to a timeout: apparently the system was not very good in finding items "without" a code on fairly large reviews (10'000+ items) when almost all items did have that code. I've rewritten the query so that it should be reasonably fast in all situations.
