I've working on text mining using a subset of our data. Our total dataset is 32,000+ studies. We have screened a random subset of 4000 titles and abstracts and coded 180 studies as included form this subset.

I'm now applying the text mining function TerMine, but part of the window for text mining box seems to be obscured. On left the buttom, "Get Terms" is visible and then the list of search terms with scores is visible. However, the other buttons, "Search all documents without this code" and the lower half (that I can see illustrated in the example in the Manual) does not appear (it seems like the box is cut off). Is there some design glitch? I have tried exiting and re-signing in but the same problem occurs.

Any advice?

RESOLVED

p.s. Nevermind, it resolved itself after signing in and out a couple of times!!
