Sorry, I just found the answer, so never mind the question. I have 3161 documents to screen. When I allocated all of the documents for me to screen, I was warned that the program would only bring in 700 of the documents. Now that I have screened the 700 documents, how do I make the next 700 documents appear on the screen so that I can screen them? Yours, Kåre
