Dear Urvashi,

The base unit in EPPI-Reviewer is a reference so to upload a full text document (such as a pdf) you first need to have a reference to upload it to.

You can either manually create a reference to upload you pdf to or you can import references (if your references are from carrying out a database search), once you will have one or more references to work with you can upload the full text document that applies to each different entry. From the main "documents" list, click on the "Go" button, this will open a new window called "document details", on the lower side of this window you should see an "upload" button, the process is supposed to be very easy from there on. In the end you should see the uploaded document in the list of "files" that is shown on the right of the upload button.
