I have created a review in my account which is listed as non-shareable - how can I convert this to a shareable review so that two of my colleagues can collaborate on it? The review name is ETD and I need to share it with two others who are both also CRD staff and have EPPI accounts. I can only find advice on how to invite them once the review is shareable!

thanks

Gill Norman

Dear Gill,

thanks for getting in touch. I see that you are included in CRD's site license. This means that you don't need to buy a review subscription as ordinary users would, but can add the review to the site license instead. Normally, this would be done by the designated site license administrator(s), Annie Christie, in CRD's case. To speed up the process, I did this for you, so the review is now shared and you should be able to invite any existing EPPI-Reviewer account into it.

A few notes on site licenses and your in particular:

- The reviews shared in this way will never expire, as long as the site license is renewed, so you should not worry about renewing this review in the future.
- Reviews that are included in a site license can be shared with anyone, so you could, if needed, add people that are not included in the site license.
- The site license can be managed by more than one designed administrator; site license administrators do not need to be part of the actual site license and can manage it even if their account is expired: this accomodates for the common case where the administrator does not actually need to work  within EPPI-Reviewer itself.
- The site license can be managed only through the Account Manager. There is a "Site license" tab that will appear if a site license administrator logs on the accout manager.
- If you wish to add more site license administrators, please let us know. I can do this, after checking with Annie, and will send "how to" instructions as well.
- Your site license is going to expire at the end of the year. Plenty of time to agree for the renewal details.

Best wishes,

Sergio
