Using hotkeys

I'm trying to screen a large amount of references, and want it to go as fast as possible, so trying to use hotkeys. The hotkeys work if I use the number keys along the top of the keyboard, but not when I use the number keys to the right, despite number lock being on. Don't suppose you've got any ideas? Is the problem with my keyboard? (The numbers on the right work fine in Word).

Dear Skye,
I'm afraid you are right: the "numpad" numbers do not work with the HotKeys functionality. Apologies for this, it is not an issue with your own keyboard. Unfortunately there is no easy fix for this problem, we will need to change the code that drives the function, meaning that I can't promise when the problem will be solved. I can promise that we will look at it and, if possible, it will be addressed upon the next release (probably in early August).
