Hi

I am trying to copy a codeset from review 1 to review 2 through the "Utilities" tab in the EPPI-Reviewer 4 Account Manager but I am getting the following error message:

Server Error in '/ER4Manager' Application; Runtime Error

I have done this using different browsers (the latest versions of Mozila and Google chrome) but I keep getting the same message.

How can I resolve this?

Many thanks in advance.

Evi

Hello Evi,

If you let me know the name of the 'source' review and the codeset you are trying to copy we can have a closer look.

Best regards,

Jeff

Hi Jeff,

The name of the source review is CRESTAR_SLR1 and I would like to copy all the codes from the "Screen on title and abstract" codeset into the destination review CRESTAR_SLR2.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Bw,

Evi

Hello Evi,

It looks like you have found a bug in the codeset copy utility. The problem is the '>' symbol in your 'EXCLUDE on population (age > 18)' code. As a work around I have changed it to 'gt' ('greater than') in your code. You should be able to copy the codeset now.

I will fix the bug and then change your screening code back to what it was when I am finished.

Best regards,

Jeff

Hello Evi,

Just to let you know that I published the fix to this issue today. The problem was in the codeset copy utility when there were  '<' or '>' symbols in the codeset.

I haven't edited your codeset to put it back the way it was. I will let you do so at your convenience (I will also send you an email with this reply).

Best regards,

Jeff
