Re: Home chemotherapy review. When I run a report, I only get the results I expect to get when I check the 'uncoded items' box, even though all the items have been successfully double-coded. I didn't used to have to do this when I ran the same very simple report (which just lists the imported ID and the 'short title') a few weks ago.

Try: report 'orders with ENL#', include items with the code ORDER (clinical).

Hello Mark,

I just had a look at your report. It is set up as a 'question' report but the only code you have placed in the report is at the 'answer' level. If it is just a single code (at the lowest level of hierarchy that doesn't have any child codes associated with it) that you want in the report you should run it as an 'answer' report. You can switch between the 'question' and 'answer' format in the reports tab by changing the selection in the dropdown menu (top right side of screen).

If you are just trying to get a list of the items that have the 'ORDER (clinical)' code, you can 'list items with this code' and then run 'list formated bibliography' on the Documents tab.
