Dear Shruti,
I've looked into this and it appears that your account expired on 18/08/2012. EPPI-Reviewer allows for a "grace period" of two months additional, read-only, access to expired accounts, after this, it is only possible to log on the Review Manager in order to purchase a new subscription as and when needed. After renewing your account, you will re-gain full access to the program and all your data will be available again. You can find all details on the fees and how to pay in the About our Fees page, there is also a video tutorial on how to use the online shop.
I've noticed that you have access to a review that is part of a site license: if you think your account should be included in the license, you may want to get in touch with the site license owner/administrators (I will not name them here, for privacy reasons, assuming you know who they are).
You also mentioned that the version you're using is V.4.2.1.4, this is awkward, because a new version is online (V4.3.0.0) and the browser should automatically pick it up, if this doesn't happen for you, please clear your browser cache and then naviage to the main EPPI-Reviewer page, this will ensure you will be using the latest version (older versions do not work and all login attempts would fail).
Please note that our Institute is closed during the festive period, so you may not get a prompt reply until Jan 2.
I hope this helps. Best wishes,
Sergio
