Hi there

we are experiencing difficulty allocating records for screening between 3 reviewers. we have created a code set "allocation" and 3 child codes for the groups of records. we have assigned papers to these child codes. we have reset the code property to single user after reading another query. However, when we assign child codes to reviewers 0 records appear unless we manually change the coding for "allocation" to complete within each record. whilst we can do this it's time-consuming and seems a ridiculous thing to need to do. where are we going wrong?
