incomplete coding

I have 5,295 records/documents and have just finished coding. Yet it tells me I have completed coding for 5,253. I guess I missed a few along the way. How can I find these ?

Hello Margaret,

The easiest way to find the items that you have not yet coded (with respect to a particular codeset) is to run a search for them. In the search tab click on 'New search' and in the 'Find documents' dropdown select 'that don't have any codes from this set'. In the dropdown below that select your codeset and then click Search. The results of your search will show 42 items that you haven't yet coded. Clicking on 'Select' next to the 42 will pull up those items.
