Dear Julie,
yes, there are two quick ways to produce such a summary from the main 'documents' page:
1) Select your included documents, and click on the printer icon. This will create a "report" with the citation details of all selected items.
2) If you want the report to include also abstracts and coding information, you can use the "coding report" icon (a little on the right of the printer icon, after the "Run reports" one). This will generate a similar report, but with the addition of abstracts and coding information.
Both reports can be saved locally and then edited directly with Word. Copy and paste would work as well (but only via the keyboard shortcuts: CTRL+C in Windows).
Also: if you wish to use some other citation management software on your local PC, you can export the reference data in RIS format, this is done via the sixth icon on the toolbar (after the "import" one). EndNote, Reference Manager, and most other similar software will be able to import RIS-formatted files in a matter of a few clicks.
I hope this helps,
Sergio
