Hi Jeff!

It is my last e-mail. My colleague found the problem. It is about a precise article the pdf of which worked badly. By excluding this article, everything works well.

How odd! Glad you managed to find a workaround. I'm relatively confident we'll be able to find a more stable solution for this, now that we know how to isolate the issue. It would be great if you could tell us which precise item (ID number) and PDF document was creating the problem. Once we are able to replicate the issue, we have done 80% of the work necessary to fix the problem for good. I can't be sure we will be able to solve the problem (not before I have the full story explained from within), but it's usually possible.
