Data extraction

Hello,

I would like to get a report with EPPI, which look like that:

So a line corresponds to an intervention and a column to an outcome.

But when i try to get a report with EPPI, i'm only able to get outcome and intervention line by line.

Would it be possible to get a report like i request on EPPI ?

Hello Matthias,

Depending on how you entered this information you should be able to create a report similar to what you have posted.

If you have entered the values as 'answers' to 'questions' then you should be able to create an answer report in the 'Reports' tab. Each answer should be placed in its own column. When you run your report don't select the 'outcomes' option. Each row will still be an item (rather than an outcome) but if you save the report as html and then open it in excel you should have something similar.

If you have entered your data using outcome codes you will still set up an answer report with the outcome codes in their own column. When you run the report select the 'outcome' option. Each outcome will be in it's own row in the report.

If you let me know which review and coding tool and report you are using I can have a look at it. I might be able to suggest how to go about setting it up.

Thanks a lot for your advice, i didn't get what i wanted with the " outcome method " but i succeed with " the answers to questions method " and the answer report.
