Hi Tim and Janet,
I know this is confusing, but there is a reason behind it... The short explanation is that in this case you need to invite yourself to the review.
The longer explanation: the online shop is designed to allow a central administrator to purchase access for a whole team. We anticipated that it would be desirable to allow someone to manage purchases even is s/he doesn't need to access the main EPPI-Reviewer application at all (and avoid paying for the "purchasing" account). Therefore, people may buy new "shareable reviews", activate them, and still have no need to be part of the review itself. This looks particularly likely when a new review is purchased online, as opposed to the situation where an existing private review is made shareable.
Bottom line, I can see you've added a member to the 6946 (Family EOL interviews shared) review, so I'm sure you already know how to invite yourself in, and will not do it for you (it always feels intrusive to intervene without explicit instructions).
Please do get back in touch in case you need further advice, we are here to help.
