You could export your data if you wish. This is done by generating coding reports that can be saved in Word, text and html. If you save it in html you can then open the file in excel. From excel you could probably create an Access database to read and store it.

But, even when your EPPI-Reviewer account expires you will continue to have access to your review and all of your data. You will be restricted to read-only mode but this just means you cannot edit or add new data. If at any time in the future you need to update your review you would just need to activate your account and you would have full access again. In our opinion your data is probably most secure and accessible in the future while it resides in EPPI-Reviewer (rather than some other database)
