 Hi Jeff,

I have run several updates, I am now using OXS (10.9.2), Silverlight (5.1.30317.0) and Safari (7.0.2 ). I am still unable to view or download pdf's in either Safari or Firefox. Is there any thing else that can be done/suggested?
