Live comparison of double coded records function not working

Hello,

I am having trouble using the live comparision of double coded records function in EPPI reviewer - when i run the comparisons after choosing the two coding records I wish to compare, nothing comes up in the box at the bottom. I have tried on multiple computers and on multiple times throughout today. Do you have any idea why this might be happening?

Hello Jennifer,

Do you mean the 'Live comparison' in the 'Coding record' tab or are you talking about comparisons in the 'Collaborate' tab? My response will depend on which we are talking about.
