Hello Barbara,
I just had a look at your review. When the 'data extraction' codeset (or any codeset) is set for 'single data entry' any coding done on a study will mark that item's coding as 'complete' as soon as a code is applied. The coding of the person that applies that first code will become the 'completed' coding.
Once the item's coding is marked as 'complete' any subsequent coding done on that item (with respect to that codeset) will show as belonging to the person that 'completed' the item. For example, I can see that you 'completed' the 'Diaconescu (2011)' item by assigning a code under 'What type of study' but that one of your colleagues (Annie) did the rest of the coding for that item. It is all showing as your coding as you initially 'completed' that item.
The good news is that the software is still recording the coding based on the users' ID so it is possible to separate the two. You can see this if you run a comparison betweent the two of you in the 'Coding record' tab that you can find in the 'Document details' window.
If you wish to have it show as Annie's coding (rather than yours) you would need to 'uncomplete' that item's coding and then have Annie 'complete' the item's coding. Once she 'completed' the item's coding all of her coding would become the 'completed' version. You can manually 'complete' and 'uncomplete' an item's coding in the 'Document details' window under 'Properties' for the codeset in question.
The only thing Annie needs to be aware of is that any coding that you did (and she didn't) for a particular item (with respect to the codeset in question) will not become part of the 'completed' coding'. She will need to do that coding herself.
Best regards,
Jeff
