Hello

On January 24th, I posted to flag up an error message I was receiving, which ended up being a system-wide issue:

DataPortal.Fetch failed (Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.)

This got resolved within about a day, but it has started happening again, since Sunday evening. Would you be able to look into it please? 

Specifically, this timeout message only seems to occur when one tries to open the final page of a review.

Hi,

Just to 'second' what Eliel is saying here - I've been getting the same message. Happened all day yesterday to the extent that I couldn't really work on coding papers at all - i.e. would be checking code boxes for articles and it would display, or would move from one article to the next and it would then display. Stage-wise I have completed inclusions at full text stage and have been 'allocating' papers to smaller samples for thematic and coding purposes.

Today it seems the same thing is happening; I logged in to EPPI-Reviewer and the same Error message appeared. Logged out and in again and for now it seems ok, although have yet to start any tasks - will keep monitoring it.
