Hello, wondering if you can help me with this.

Since yesterday evening (so for about the last 15 hours), I have been getting the following error message every time I click to view the second page of included documents in my review:

 

DataPortal.Fetch failed (Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.)

 

I am on url http://eppi.ioe.ac.uk/eppireviewer4/

The first page of the first 700 documents is loading fine.

Just for additional info if it helps, there has been no change in my set-up - using Internet Explorer and Windows 10.  

EPPI V.4.6.3.1

There appear to be other minor issues as well, such as the Filter function not working.

Hello,

Just to add that I am also seeing the same error message as Eliel when I try to load the last page of my included documents. The first three pages load with no problems. I was not experiencing this issue last night at 6pm but have been seeing the same error message this morning.

Perhaps the server is down?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. My review ID is 10821.

Hello Hannah,

I just had a look at your review and I am seeing something similar to what you have described when I try to go to the last page.

The program appears to be running normally this afternoon so the issue might be specific to your review.

We are having a look at it right now and will let you know what we find.

Hello Hannah,

The issue was happening on all reviews and not just yours. We made some adjustments to the database and it appears to be working correctly now. I am now able to go to the last page (and other pages as well) in your review and other reviews.

We appreciate your bringing this to our attention. We wouldn't have known there was an issue unless someone pointed it out to us.

This is happening again. Exactly same as before, first page loading fine, but second (or final) page coming up with the same DataPortal.Fetch error message.
