Very small update, prepared quickly to fix a bug introduced in version 4.2.1.3.
We are in the process of re-writing most of the user interface, so to allow some major changes that we are planning. Unfortunately a bug slipped by our testing procedures, and in version 4.2.1.3 the quick coding reports ("Get coding report(s) for selected item(s)" in the main Documents tab) wasn't working. This is fixed now.

Also in this update:

- fixed a problem that prevented some (very rare) PDFs from uploading.
- enhanced communication with the TerMine engine (Terms-extraction, "Find more documents like the ones listed" button in the main Documents tab): communications with the TerMine service should now be more reliable, also, the system now records what happened and keeps a log of past errors, so that it should be easier to troubleshoot any future issue.
