This update features one new feature:

It is now possible to add a short description for every outcome associated to an item. This is done via the "Document Details" window, a new "Description" field is available in the "Edit / create outcome" form. This description can then be seen in the data extraction reports ("coding record" tab in the same "Document Details" window).
