This map explores what works in primary care to address inequalities across minority ethnic groups. We can see from this map that there is a broadly similar amount of evidence on what works to address inequalities for some minority ethnic groups, such as Asian, Black, African, Caribbean and Latino/Hispanic, but very little evidence for other ethnic groups, such as Eastern European ethnic groups (which would be coded as ‘Other’ in the maps). The primary care interventions that have been studied are similar across ethnic groups; this is a little surprising and questions whether the types of interventions are adequately tailored to the needs of a particular ethnic group.
