This map explores primary care interventions presented by a range of different inclusion health groups, including homeless populations, Gypsy, Roma or Traveller communities, street-based sex workers, domestic abuse victims, asylum seekers, migrants or refugees, people with drug or alcohol dependence, and people who experience disability. There is much to inform policymakers and practitioners on what works to address health inequalities in some inclusion health groups, such as people seeking asylum, migrants and refugees. Homeless populations and those experiencing drug and alcohol addiction have also been well studied in terms of some types of intervention, and the findings within these studies can help provide evidence-based solutions to tackle inequalities in primary care. More evidence is needed for other inclusion health groups, such as people experiencing disability, and Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities.
