In addition to the IoE's risk management form (which must be completed for all funding applications by the principal applicant before the application is submitted) the Unit Management Committee also reviews all applications using the following form (completed by the UMC lead allocated to the proposal).

Risk assessment is required for all major actions by the Unit and its staff including research applications.  A copy of the IoE Risk Assessment form with guidance notes is available here.

Completed forms must be filed in the appropriate funding application folder on the R drive.
