The IoE has a 'Staff Review and Development' process for all staff. Guidance Forms and information on the generic annual cycle are available here. Click here for SRD1 and here for SRD2.

NB The process for Professors is slightly different - more information is available here.

All staff are expected to take part in IoE's Staff Review and Development Scheme, with the exception of staff associates, students and temporary staff.

Staff should meet with their Line Managers to set annual performance objectives in June/July each year.

Having said this, it is acknowledged that there will be circumstances where fitting in with this annual cycle is not practicable and line managees may request to meet their line managers at a different time of year should they wish.
