 Hi Sergio,  we have a site licence for MASCOT Demo (owner is Matthew Chersich) and were wondering how many reviews this includes? If we wanted to add another review, would we do it via the site licence or create a new account? And would the cost be 210 GBP? Many thanks, Elinor

Hello Elinor,

If the reviewers that will be working in the second review are the same as those in the site license review you could just purchase the second review. The site license will keep the reviewer's accounts active. If you think that the number of active reviewers across both reviews will exceed the number of reviewers in your license then you might want to think about increasing the number of reviewers and reviews as required.

 Jeff,

I purchased 3 months on my account #4772 but I think I did not apply it to my review #4919. Can you apply this to my review so I can continue edititng it or do I need to go through the purchase process again?

I had a look at the log files and I don't see the purchase that you mentioned. Are you sure that it went through?
