transferring fees within an account

I was asked by my institution to purchase a shareable review, but now am not sharing it as the project has changed. I have now been asked to transfer the money used for the shareable review towards the extension of my current account. How can I complete this process?

Dear Maggie,

Getting in touch with us was exactly what you needed to do. Ordinary users can't transfer subscription allowances from one account to the other, but of course we can, and are happy to do so when needed. I have downgraded the 'Nutrition and Agricultural Development' review (ID = 1308) to private and transferred the credit to your personal account.

The details: you bought 3 months for the review (£105), the corresponding allowance for your account would be 10.5 months. Your account expiration date was 20/11/2012, so I've changed it 05/10/2013. We can of course reverse this process if I did something wrong.
