Trial extension

Hi,

I work for the University of York and I believe they are in the process of renewing their account. My account is due to expire tomorrow and I will lose all of my trial work that I was going to show my project manager at the next meeting. Is it possible to extend the trial at all? This would also be the case for my colleague, Nick Meader.

Hello Kristel,

We have set up a site license for your organisation and have placed a number of individuals in it. We were basing it on individuals email addresses but with your gmail account we didn't realise you were part of the York group. I have extended your expiry date for now and will place you in the site license.

Nick is already in the site license so his account will not expire until the end of this year.

Sorry for the confusion with my email address - we had training on the program that got rescheduled. However when the training actually took place my account (with my uni email address) had expired so I created a new one with my gmail address.
