Hello,

I have reactivated my account to start a new review. I selected new account and paid three months subscription, so I can collect new data.

I have attempted to use the "add review" button to start new review but it is greyed out and unresponsive but I can access all the previous reviews. (It says account expired in red at the bottom of the page).

What do I need to do to be able to start a new review?

Hello Anthea,

I had a look at your account and I believe you have been able to sort this out. It appears that you created a new account (rather than extending your own) but because you applied the time to your own account (when you activated the new account) you ended up with what you needed. I can also see that you have been able to create a new review.
