Hi,

I am unable to important my .ris files, it comes up with an error message saying the file was not found

Hi Danielle,

Can you confirm what web browser and what computer (Mac or PC) you are using?

How big is your RIS file?

When do you see the message? Could you send a screenshot to eppisupport@ucl.ac.uk?
