I have imported all my references, checked for duplicates, and am now in the process of screening. What is clear though, is that no where near all of my duplicates have been picked up. I have re run manage duplicates on both the explorer silverlight version, and the web version in edge, and both times it has timed out because I have quite a few imports (23k), so I believe this could be the cause if the scanning process was unable to complete, but I am currently having to manually sort out the duplicates as I do the rest of the screening which is both time consuming and annoying. Are you able to do anything please? Thanks
