I am currently managing and removing duplicates. I clicked the 'get new duplicates' function and since then I haven't been able to manage my duplicates. A tab keeps popping up saying 'Sorry, the "Get New Duplicates" execution might still be running, you need to wait for about 2 minutes. If execution lasts more than a few hours, please contact EPPISupport.' 
This has been going on for 24 hours now, how do I stop it?

Please accept our apologies for the issue you experienced. It appears there was an issue with the review's duplicate checking process as it was running on our servers.

We have now resolved this, and the review appears to be fine now.
