I'm having trouble with an error message that hasn't been resolved during the last 12 hours. 

It reads "Get New Duplicates" execution might still be running, you need to wait for approximately one minute. If execution lasts more than a few hours, please contact EPPISupport."

I had already got a list of duplicates and pressed the button by mistake while manually managing duplicates. 

Is there a way this can be resolved?
