Double coding

We're doing a review, with four people working on it and a supervisor checking for reliability. However, we can't figure out how to do the double coding so she can check our work. We haven't allocated work we are just all dipping in when we can. Does anyone know how to do double coding using this method?

Are you using EPPI-Reviewer 4 or EPPI-Reviewer Web? We have a couple of instructional videos, which would help you with this.
