Hello

I updated our search and added new items to an existing review. In error I allocated 10% rather than 20% of these to be double screened by me and another reviewer on title and abstract; when in fact we had previously double screened 20% of our items (in each of two previous rounds of screening). I also divided the total number of items between us for single coding. The other reviewer and I have completed the set for comparison coding and as she was pressed for time, she has completed her full set of single coding. Is there any way I can now designate a further 10% to be included in our set for reliability purposes? (We would really like to have a consistent standard across our rounds of screening). I appreciate that some of these items will already have been screened.

thank you

Carol-Anne

Dear Carol-Anne,

I am assuming you are referring to review ID #10672, and your work allocations / collaborations with Pauline.

I think I can see the 3 rounds / groups you are referring to, but please can you confirm I have the right ones?

(I can see the three groups of 837, 145 and 302 items...)

It should be a fairly simple process to achieve what you need to do, once I am sure I have understood the situation correctly. (Please feel free to email eppisupport@ucl.ac.uk if that is easier for you.)

Kind regards,
