We may be able to retrieve the code set from our database. However, we'd like some further details on the deleted code set; ideally we would know which review you are referring to, and roughly what the code set was called. I have emailed you regarding this matter as well.

(Unfortunately there is no "undelete" facility for users to retrieve a code set that has been accidentally deleted.)
