After I logged into Reviewer and created a new review, all I saw was a grey screen with no commands. I logged a second time, and saw the name of the review I created. However, once I I clicked on the "Go" button, the screen went blank (grey) again. I realized I ddin't have MS Silverlight, so I downloaded it and installed it. But, I still cannot see any of the commands.

Hello Martha,

I had a look at the log file for your account and I can see that you have been accessing the software succesfully since this message.

We are not sure what would have caused this to happen but if you are still seeing it please let us know and we can look into it further. It might be browser related or perhaps something to do with your Silverlight installation.
