Unable to Log In Properly

I just created my account a week ago and I when I log in, I get a blank grey screen with a pop up box that states "please select review" and the only thing that there is for me to click is "..example non-sharable review". Once I click that, I get a another pop up box (with blank grey screen) that states "Alert: Arg_NullReferenceException" and when I click "OK" for this box, all I get is a blank grey screen.

Hello Shruti,

That is an unusual error message. I initially suspected there might be an issue with your example review but I have examined it and it seems to be fine. Do you get this error everytime you try to log into this review.

What I have done is create a second example review under your account called '..example non-sharable review 2'. Would you be able to log into EPPI-Reviewer again and select this review. I know that this review is constructed correctly so if you get the same error message then it is not the review at fault and we can look for other possible explanations.

Also, could you tell me what browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) and version of that browser that you are using.
