 I have just set up an account and have chosen the 1 month free trial before I buy.

In the Account Manager I see my trial review but what do I do next.  Nothing opens or lloks like anything on the video?

 

Not a good start - glad I haven't paid anythign yet

Dear Maria,

Sorry to hear you are finding the system confusing, and thanks for letting us now right away.

You should have received an email with all the needed information. It was sent on 4:03PM; please check your spam folder if you haven't received it yet. The Account Manager is a webpage that you use to manage the account, buy access, invite users into shareable reviews and other administrative tasks. The main EPPI-Reviewer application is available on a separate address (the link is in the email and the "LOGIN" button on the upper left corner of these pages), and can be found at this address: http://eppi.ioe.ac.uk/eppireviewer4/ (you will need to remember the username you have chosen)

Hi! I , too, am having difficulty with the site. I have a trial account and I have downloaded Silverlight (and uninstalled, and re-installed several times and rebooted my computer), but whenevr I click the LOGIN button or click the link you gave above for the application, all that shows up is a prompt to download Silverlight. I'm feeling very frustrated! Will you please let me know what I'm doing wrong?

Hello Linda,

This sounds like Silverlight has not been installed correctly on your computer. The best way to determine if Silverlight is installed is to go to the 'Get Silverlight' page (http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/Get-Started/Install/Default.aspx). When you go to this page it will tell you what version, if any, is installed on your computer. You should make sure the latest version is installed.

You will need to restart your browser (and close all sessions of your browser that may be running) once you have installed the latest version. Then, when you think it is installed correctly go back to the 'Get Silverlight' page to verify it is installed correctly. When it tells you the lastest version is installed then you can try running EPPI-Reviewer.
